Key Appointments: Gearing Up For Growth

23rd January 2024

As Titan DMS accelerates its global expansion in 2024, we spent the last few months of 2023 getting foundations in place to capitalize on several significant opportunities in Australia and international markets.

Key to this was the appointment of four senior professionals to deliver on our strategic and operational plans.  You can meet them here:

Ian Gillot – Chief Information Officer

Ian has spent the last 20 years between Australia and the US in senior IT and CIO/ CTO roles across large-scale global businesses. Much of this time has been providing cybersecurity enterprise solutions for customers such as the Pentagon, US Military, Microsoft, and Apple.

Ian is responsible for ensuring the Titan DMS software and information processes remain class-leading as we move into the future of IT.

Andrew Knock – Chief Technology Officer

Andrew is a committed technology leader with an exceptional engineering, insurance, software, and banking background. Working closely with Ian, Andrew’s core responsibilities cover product and internal tech stack and the technology investment roadmap for Titan DMS.

Nicole Bedingfield – Head of People & Culture

With the anticipated significant increase in the global workforce, Nicole joins us to ensure we carefully manage our number one resource – our people.  Armed with over 16 years of experience in developing high-performing company cultures, Nicole will focus on developing the Titan culture throughout our national and international offices.

Jamie Russell – Brand & Marketing Manager (Global)

Jamie spent the last seven years with one of New Zealand’s largest dealership groups, establishing an award-winning, multi-discipline internal marketing function working across over 20 rooftops and 26 brands.  With significant international experience, Jamie will drive our marketing efforts in Australia and existing and developing markets overseas.
