Since initially establishing business in 2004, Titan DMS has endeavoured to constantly strive to provide a robust end-to-end solution for the automotive industry whilst providing our team with the support to progress and develop professionally. As Titan evolves, so do our people. Titan takes great pride in becoming a more synergistic, close-knit team through our established values, only strengthening these relationships, ultimately reflecting in the way we intend to serve our customers. Being able to build our core values based on the ethics and attitudes of those within the business was a driving factor along with the perception of how we as a business operate as well as our dedication to our team.
With this, our company core values are what each Titan employee lives by; be fearless, go beyond, find a way, act as one, uplift others and do right. Managing Director, Matthew Kroll explained the process; “for us it was a matter of looking at our team and getting a pen, writing down what they bring to the table and what makes them Titan and what makes us so different to our competitors“.
