After implementing Titan, we noticed process improvements right away.

 

FINANCE

We had money running out of the business everywhere on the old DMS system. I couldn’t put a dollar figure on it – it would have been tens of thousands of dollars a year – running out of the business and you wouldn’t know it. Titan DMS stopped the leakage.

There is very little room for human error with Titan DMS.

PARTS

I have probably saved at least one person in parts because of the Titan system.

There’s a lot less pressure on admin because the system has such strict processes.

Driver for change

Our DMS was simply not up to the job.

It was a broken, old system, that was never going to do what we needed it to do.

With my research, I narrowed it down to a few DMS, including Titan.

All the feedback I received from all the other dealers who were using Titan DMS was really good.

Streamlining the switch

Titan had sent down 2-3 guys to scope the dealership just after I signed with them to determine if we needed anything before the install had even started.

They made sure that we had everything we needed to implement Titan without any issues.

We had 3-4 guys here for 3-4 days when we went live, which was very helpful.

Weeks after launch there were some teething issues, but it wasn’t the system – it was the staff getting used to the system. When you changeover any big system within a dealership, teething issues will happen.

Preparing the staff

I couldn’t complain with the training that Titan provided – it was very good.

As with any new system, it’s a lot to get used to initially, so there were some hiccups – but the issue wasn’t with the system.

Titan is the easiest system I’ve ever used.

The changeover was pretty straightforward.

I won’t say it went without issue, but it wasn’t the system so much – it was that the staff were learning a new system. Because they weren’t confident in it to begin with it took a bit longer to do things than it normally would.

OUR FUTURE WITH TITAN

Personally, from what I can understand where other DMS systems are at, Titan is well and truly the leader in every aspect.

When Titan hasn’t got something in their system, they are onto it right away and doing it.

They are the front of the pack with everything.
